T. Jimenez, Founder & Executive Director

Since discovering photography in 2014, T. found that picking up a camera transformed daily life into a practice of presence. What began as an unexpected creative challenge quickly became a practical way to quiet mental noise, build focus, and notice beauty in ordinary surroundings. Holding a Master’s in Public Administration, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Certificate in Digital Photography, T. combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative practice. T. directs all aspects of The New Frame, including strategic operations, community partnerships, and workshop facilitation.

Kiwi, Community Ambassador

Kiwi, an Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix rescue, is the most playful and joyful member of the team. Endlessly curious, compassionate, and highly observant, she loves meeting people and brings warm, supportive energy wherever she goes.
