T. Jimenez, Co-Founder & Executive Director
Driven by a belief in personal growth and narrative agency, T. brings five years of public sector experience supporting incarcerated and reentering populations, as well as people impacted by cancer. With a Master’s in Public Administration and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, T. directs all aspects of The New Frame—from strategic operations and communications to leading park-based photography sessions.
Mia, an American Pitbull Terrier, is a rescue and proud graduate of Wiley’s Wish Stripes & Paws program at Soledad State Prison. Kiwi, an Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix, is also a rescue and our resident expert in big heartedness. Together, they bring boundless energy and curiosity to the team — and remind us to take breaks, lead with compassion, and never underestimate the power of presence.
